Intended Use
This kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of gene polymorphisms at CYP2C9*2, CYP2C9*3 and VKORC1-1639 locus in human peripheral blood.

The results of this product only represent the detection of CYP2C9 gene 430(*2), 1075(*3) locus and VKORC1 gene 1639 locus, which can provide reference for clinicians for the rational administration of warfarin, but not as the only basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, the clinical management of patients should be considered in conjunction with their symptoms/signs, medical history, and other laboratory tests, treatment response and epidemiological information.
