Intended Use
The kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of gene polymorphisms at the MTHFR c.677 C>T locus in human whole blood. The results of this product only represent the detection results of human MTHFR gene c.677 locus, which can provide a reference for the clinician’s rational drug administration of folic acid,but should not be used as the only basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinical management of patients should be considered in conjunction with their symptoms/signs, medical history, and other laboratory tests, treatment response and epidemiological information.
